Since they're custom, I don't think you can return them unless there's a defect or they messed up the print. Usually, personalized items are final sale.

I had an issue with a print once, not exactly wrong but not what I expected. They were pretty good about it, but generally, custom stuff is hard to return unless it's their fault.
